    We’ve all been anticipating the heat…Redding is famous for its hot weather and gorgeous outdoor surroundings! We’re very blessed to have a business in such an amazing area.

    Lots of changes happening in our town…especially in downtown Redding. At the corner of Vintage and Happy (Oregon St and Shasta St)…

    we hired Eagle Eye Painting to refresh our vintage historic downtown building! Dan Scott did a fabulous job and we would recommend his company if you need any kind of painting done!

     

    Since this is the season for gift-giving—Graduations, Weddings, Father’s Day and lots of other occasions we’d love to help you find that UNIQUE one-of-a-kind gift!

  2. March Mad Hatter UnBirthday Celebration

    Wow… it’s March already and time to change our clocks again. Moving them forward…

     

    Hard to lose an hour, but I’m really ready for longer daylight hours. How about you?

     

    At Oregon St. Antiques we’re getting ready to celebrate our 4th Anniversary with a Mad Hatter Un-Birthday Party on Saturday, March 31st! 

     

    Put this date on your calendar and come join us!

     

    Our good friends from Heritage Roasting Company will be selling cups of specially brewed coffee!

     

    A lovely customer and baker, Valentina of Valentina’s Cake Design, is making an adorable one-of-a-kind designed Mad-Hatter Cake. We’ll be cutting the cake about noon time…so come get a slice and have a cup of Heritage coffee!

    An artist friend, Shirley Fisher, will be painting cards and giving some away in the O Street Gallery Upstairs!

    Starting on March 15th with every purchase you’ll receive a ticket to enter a drawing for an in-store coupon worth $50.00! Two lucky customers will be winners! The drawing will be on Saturday, March 31st! There will also be drawings for prizes too!!

    A treasure hunt for $25.oo in-store coupons commences on March 15th also! No purchase necessary. Small treasure chests will be hidden in booths upstairs and down and will continue until all are found! One treasure chest per customer!

    Vendors Upstairs and Downstairs will be having sales in their booths!

    Oh, It’s Going To Be a GREAT CELEBRATION! We are grateful for all of you! Thanks for being wonderful customers!!

     

    I’d like to introduce you to our newest treasure at Oregon St. Antiques…Candles from H&C Quality Goods …hand poured with love by the sweet and talented Hailey Hurley! (She’s the tall blonde…the other one is me, Kate)

     

     

    Some of the delicious scents are “Lemon Pound Cake,” “Oakmoss & Amber,” “Love Spell,” and “Coriander & Tonka.”

    TUESDAY: Chuck Prudhomme~~1:00-3:30, $30. Painting class (he paints in oils, but acrylics are ok to bring) Walk-ins welcome. Loose, quick, impressionistic style. All levels of artists, bring own supplies, and paper towels if needed… gallery has easels for students to use.
